Intricate detailing on the back area. This chair features a cushion area on the top back of the chair along with a plush comfortable seating area. Re-upholstered in 1977 from Richmond, VA company; Freeman's Upholstery to original pristine condition. The tag is still on the bottom of the chair and fully intact. The cushion area of chair is made from; webbing, twine, burlap, hair, muslin, and cotton, and nails. (New chairs are not made with quality and are of foam materials).

This is great as a side chair by a bed or a seating area. Wonderful as accent piece as well. The possibilities are endless! Stunning chair for any room.

This is a antique chair; the condition is excellent with no cracks or chips in the wood. The velvet was re-upholstered in 1977 and is vintage. There are no tears and or rips in the fabric; only normal wear and tear considering age.
