This is a dramatic antique Apollo Studios New York metal vase with a woven basket texture, in excellent condition. It is a very rare piece with intricate 3d basket weave detailing and rose designs going down the sides. Number 112, with manufacturer's mark on the bottom. This does not have the original glass insert. Vase is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks or chips in metal. Looks beautiful with a dried floral arrangement! Circa 1909- 1922.

Apollo Studios New York was a division of Bernard Rice's & Sons and items marked with the Apollo stamp were made from 1909-1922. Apollo Studios was a contemporary of Tiffany Studios and produced similar items like desk sets, humidors, and other fine pieces of brass, copper, and gilded brass.
